The Dark Knights were an army founded in 2013 by Color50 (know known as Flame), a notable later AR leader. Despite not having much relevance in it’s original era, the army actually was a very influential early CPPS S/M army in retrospect. I decided to rework the site and create this page. History will be added to my best abilities.

~ CPPS ERA ~

The CPPS era was arguably the most notable era of the Dark Knights history. Spearheaded by Flame, it’s history was carried by Cobra and his administration, setting the stage for future S/M advances.

CPPS Generation One [May 2017]

The first CPPS revival of the Dark Knights occurred in May of 2017, after Flame wanted to bring the army to the smaller and decentralized newer army community. However, this did not last long, and is poorly documented. What is known is that the Underground Mafias Army colonized under the Dark Knights, setting the stage for the future UMADKE alliance.

CPPS Generation Two [October 2017 – January 2018]

Eventually, Flame and Jay decided to bring back the army in October 2017, during the downfall period of armies. Flame was quick to grow, picking up the likes of Minipenguin, Frog, and Clemont. Following the revival of the army, the Tubas and Romans were quick to become enemies of the Dark Knights, as well as the Rebel Penguin Federation. In November, the Dark Knights captured their historical and now influential CPPS capital, Abominable. The Romans and Dark Knights also engaged in more skirmishes with the Romans, but with the Operation Black Out party, the Dark Knights continued to grow. During this time, the Dark Knights and UMA were brother allies. The Dark Knights were the last army ever to use Xat. The Dark Knights switched from Xat to Discord in late November, marking the end of the Xat usage as a primary chat site. Eventually, inactivity began to plague the Dark Knights as their leader, Flame, focused on OldCP and Jay vanished. Due to this, Cobra formed the secret Imperial Defense Agency with 0rockstar0, with the goal of couping Flame. However, this never happened. The next in line was Clemont, however, Clemont fled to the Romans following policy changes made by Flame. The Romans deemed this as dictatorial and retracted their declaration of war on the United Republic… on UMA and well, us. Flame responded quickly with his invasion and defense schedule, and Flame resigned and made Cobra the next leader. Ironically, Cobra had zero leading experience prior to this. Cobra began forging alliances, most notably founding the UMADKE brother alliance with UMA, and then later on the New Viking Alliance with the United Republic. The war kicked off with a “blitzkrieg”, which was really just a roleplay, which would carry onto the war. The war was plagued with 2007 warfare and roleplay. Skirmishes occurred and both sides claimed victory in everyone. However, this emphasized the Dark Knights rise to relevance as Cobra began to practice his diplomacy skills, immensely. All Romans were banished from the Dark Knight Discord. The Dark Knights were one of the founding armies of the New Viking Aliance, alongside the URP. The most important battles occurred on December 7th and 8th. The first was a battle on Abominable, where the UMADKE were there to defend. The Romans, at first were larger, but later on more and more reinforcements came. Tubas were also present, and were split on who to support, but most supported UMADKE. The most notably event of this battle was Elmikey’s coup. Elmikey was removed from power in RPF during this event, and Elmikey showed up to side with the Dark Knights, and became a low member of the army too. He would go onto make the RPM. We logged off and the Romans declared that they lost. We went onto battle in the battle of Deep Freeze, for two hours. During this, Cobra was banned from the RPF chat as RPF was present there assisting the Romans. Following all of this, the war came to an abrupt end after Dj pulled out of the war due to the New Viking Alliance being affiliated with Elmikey. As the UMADKE alliance was in the New Viking Alliance, this ended the war. Following this, the Dark Knights went into a near conflict with UMA and began to have some unrest. Following Codey’s announcement of armies being banned, Cobra retired on December 10th, and Conor took his place. However, Cobra would be angered and joined the Romans to attempt to take out Conor, but ended up fighting a near civil war with him. Cobra would return as leader and the Resident Goddess, Yikes would be promoted. Eventually, Conor left and Cobra led some invalid Dark Knight revivals in his spare time. These didn’t do much, but UMADKE still existed somewhat, even declaring war on some group called the CPPS Mafia. In January 2018, because of Security, DKE was defaced and Cobra closed the army, formally.

CPPS Generation Three [February 2018]

After the collapse of the Crew, Cobra went to rejoin the Romans as an immigrant. However, the army began to collapse, and Cobra, disenchanted with the direction of the army, revived the Dark Knights as a protest with Clemont and Guta, with the former leading alongside Cobra, and the latter being their second-in-command. This era would be arguably one of the best for the Dark Knights, as it showed a lot of innovation. Many CPC and Romans joined the Dark Knights. The Dark Knights were quick to be allies with the Elite Guardians and UMA, who have just reunited, reforming UMADKE. The Dark Knights, with CPAS, managed to capture a lot of land on the map, fast, as the race for the map was brewing. Cobra used a strategy of invading easy servers, which the Dark Knights gladly did. Eventually, the Dark Knights peaked at six servers, which was fairly decent sized at the time. We also hit like 5-10 on average, which for early 2018, was not even bad at all. The army was decently influential at the time, due to the leadership’s charisma. The army was also the first ever army to move to Club Penguin Online as their main CPPS, due to Cobra favoring CP Online over CP Rewritten. Internal conflict erupted when Clemont was fired due to sympathizing with Security’s Crew Empire. On February 11th, the UMADKE alliance had a civil war after Zeke defaced the UMA site. Cobra, with guilt, merged the Dark Knights into the Romans and became the leader of the Romans, and would fight UMA there, hailing large victories. After it was all said and done, the Dark Knights had a successful final generation, being very influential for the time being.
